about kristin
Kristin moved to Colorado from Indiana in 2008 with a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and has worked in various roles within the health and wellness sphere including personal training, managing a run specialty store, and endurance coaching. A massage therapist since 2016, Kristin combines her eclectic work experience with her love of helping motivated athletes stay healthy.
Highlights of her personal athletic career include running a 2:48 PR at Grandma’s Marathon in 2015; qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in 2018; qualifying for her pro card in triathlon in 2019; and finishing 2nd at the Grand Mesa Ultras 50 miler in 2021. After giving birth to her daughter in April 2023 Kristin has focused on a healthy return to running, both on roads and trails, with aspirations of getting back to ultra running. She loves exploring new trails and an ideal day begins with hours spent on the dirt followed by an afternoon playing with her toddler.
Kristin lives in the foothills above Boulder with her husband Michael, daughter Mara, and dog Lainey amidst seemingly infinite pine trees, gorgeous trails, and the always changing conditions guaranteed with mountain life.
